Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves continuous monitoring, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of software applications. You will interact with different teams to maintain system stability and contribute to enhancing overall service quality through proactive problem-solving and support activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain communication. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and improve team performance. - Analyze recurring problems to identify root causes and implement preventive measures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Ivalua. - Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques. - Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications. - Familiarity with integration points and workflows within complex business systems. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. - Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues and resolutions clearly.
