Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot issues. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement. - Assist in the implementation of updates and patches to enhance system functionality. - Support end-users by providing timely and effective technical assistance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in UKG Pro Workforce Management. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. - Ability to work with various system components and understand their interactions. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Experience in maintaining and supporting enterprise-level workforce management solutions. - Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques to ensure system reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
