Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also interact with various stakeholders to ensure that the systems function smoothly and meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate. - Document processes and solutions to create a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in F5 Load Balancer. - Strong understanding of network protocols and load balancing techniques. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application performance issues. - Familiarity with cloud environments and their integration with load balancing solutions. - Ability to analyze traffic patterns and optimize load distribution. - Experience in scripting and automation to streamline support processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in F5 Load Balancer. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
