Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to analyze software components, collaborate with team members, and provide effective solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the software operates smoothly and meets the needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality. - Document findings and solutions to improve future troubleshooting efforts. - Provide training and support to team members on software functionalities. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement, Italian Language. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with API design and integration techniques. - Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques for software applications. - Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office.
