We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Exigo Tech. As a Project Manager for Infrastructure and Applications, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering a variety of projects related to IT infrastructure and applications. This position requires a strong background in project management, technical knowledge of infrastructure and applications, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop and manage project plans, clearly defining scope, timelines, and budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise.

Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure hardware, software, and network infrastructure meet project requirements.

Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure projects.

Application Development and Deployment:

Manage projects related to application development, customization, and deployment.

Work closely with development teams to ensure applications meet client requirements and quality standards.

Coordinate testing and validation processes for applications.

Client Communication:

Serve as clients primary point of contact regarding project status and updates.

Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss project goals, milestones, and deliverables.

Address client concerns and proactively manage expectations.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project teams have the necessary skills and support.

Collaborate with department managers to optimize resource utilization across projects.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and applications.

Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders, executive leadership, and project sponsors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, specifically within an MSP environment.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and related technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
