Position: SAP SD Application Engineer

Work Set-Up: Hybrid-2x per week onsite.

Location: Ayala, Makati City

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Application Engineer to design, enhance, and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This role will support ongoing platform enhancements, integrations, and S/4HANA transformation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, configure, and enhance SAP SD solutions supporting sales and service processes

• Manage end-to-end deployment of SAP solutions into production environments

• Develop and maintain business process documentation and functional specifications

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP SD solutions

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver prioritized features

• Support and implement enhancements involving third-party integrations and API-based solutions

• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, aligning with product and engineering teams on delivery

• Ensure solution designs are aligned with S/4HANA roadmap and future-state architecture

• Support system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across SD processes

• Work closely with cross-functional SAP modules (MM, EWM, etc.) to ensure end-to-end process integrity

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) functional/application engineering

• Strong understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes

• Experience with SAP enhancements, configuration, and production deployments

• Exposure to API integrations and third-party system connectivity

• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments

• Ability to create clear and structured process documentation and functional designs

• Strong collaboration skills working with business stakeholders and technical teams
