Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to ensure they meet business requirements effectively. Your role involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and maintaining system stability. You will collaborate with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system updates. - Assist in the continuous improvement of deployment and release processes. - Support end-users by providing timely resolutions and guidance related to application functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, Microsoft Azure App Service, Agile Program Management. - Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns. - Experience in integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to extend application capabilities. - Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
