Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Application Developer with expertise in Microsoft .NET, you will design, develop, and assemble custom information systems based on IT requirements. You will utilize the latest .NET Framework and proven application development processes, methods, and tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Design and Develop Applications: Create functional and technical designs, models, components, code, unit tests, and documentation for custom information systems using Microsoft .NET.
- Work with Databases: Develop applications end-to-end using the Microsoft custom development stack, working with databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, and MySQL.
- Utilize Development Frameworks: Apply Continuous Development and Deployment Frameworks, such as Microsoft DevOps tools and Agile delivery methods, to ensure efficient and effective solution delivery.
- Implement .NET Solutions: Develop applications using C# and/or VB.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and other related technologies.
- Deliver High-Quality Code: Ensure that all code is thoroughly tested, debugged, and meets the required standards for quality and reliability.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate workflow development
- Proficient in C# and .NET for building applications and APIs
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Service, Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault)
- Ability to integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SQL, and custom APIs
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, Azure AD, and basic security/role-based access control
- Strong understanding of software development practices (clean code, version control, testing)
- Good analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in Japanese Language - reading, writing, speaking, listening.
- Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Can read, understand and communicate in Nihongo (JLPT N3 above)
