Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and ensuring that the applications function effectively to support organizational goals. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. - Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce CPQ. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with integration of Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce products. - Familiarity with Agile development practices. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
