Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the needs of the organization while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the development process. You will be responsible for managing your team's contributions and making key decisions that impact the overall project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Assist in the training and development of team members to enhance their skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture. - Experience in application development and integration using Azure services. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to application performance. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
