Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing solutions, and ensuring that applications function effectively to support organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. - Document application processes and updates to maintain clear communication within the team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance, SAP for Insurance. - Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience in application configuration and customization to meet specific business needs. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements. - This position is based at our Manila office.
