Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled implementation, operational, and maintenance support for enterprise applications.
  • Maintain a stable systems environment with minimal downtime and maximum performance.
  • Employ skilled systems knowledge to ensure accurate daily operation of clinical and corporate systems.
  • Apply experience with direction to troubleshoot problematic applications successfully.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to determine and implement ambitious solutions.
  • Strictly adhere to established protocols and standards to compete effectively in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in application administration or a similar IT role.

Required Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of enterprise application software and systems.
  • Key Areas of Expertise Required: SAS or SAS Grid.
  • Experience in Posit/R also a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid and Dayshift/Midshift
