  • Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of and hands-on experience with Apple technologies and applications.
  • Certifications: To become an Apple Certified Trainer (ACT), candidates must attend and pass specific training courses and exams.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments, and to develop and review training programs based on needs analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and a detail-oriented approach.
