APAC Regional LifeCycle Supply Chain Manager

Purpose:

Actively manage and ensure product launches are executed timely and key milestones achieved with cross functional teams in the end-to-end Product Supply and country organization, from the forward looking launch schedule to the product first invoice in the country, thereby, maximizing sales revenue and market share in region Asia Pacific. Support required activity in regional office as part of product lifecycle management from supply centre to countries. This includes collaboration with global team on site transfer activities, portfolio management and govern the deletion of identified SKU/Brand with country organization.

YOUR TASK and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively manage product launches of the countries with cross functional team to ensure all milestones are executed timely to delivery timely launches in market. As part of the process management, to work with relevant team for mitigation activities and highlight any risk of delay to management team. Close collaboration with supply center expected especially for Medical devices product.
  • Represent region Asia Pacific in global key launch calls.
  • Monitor and track launches and keep involved functions and top management informed about the progress and risks provide required reporting on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct regular launch and site transfer calls with country team.
  • Support global Pruning exercise, facilitating global and regional alignment with country for pruning decision. Execute and track country deletion application.
  • Initiate change application in BASICS for Launch, Pruning and Deletion SKU.
  • Support regional onboarding / training program for overview of Launches and Deletion process to newcomers.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Degree / Master in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Economics with more than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of commercial operations in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Understanding of planning and end-to-end supply chain is an advantage.
  • Solid Project Management skills with ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously is required.
  • Profound knowledge in excel and powerpoint is a must.
  • Good presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to work with diverse team
  • Fluent in English, another language is an advantage
