Job Description
- Manage the accounts payable team to ensure efficient processing of invoices and payments.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Review and approve payment runs and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
- Develop and implement process improvements for the accounts payable function.
- Prepare and present accounts payable reports to senior management.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Support audits by providing necessary records and information.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful AP Supervisor Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years experience in accounts payable management within the business services industry.
- 2+ years experience in supervisory
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
