Job Description

Client is a multinational shared services firm in the gaming industry.

Manage the accounts payable team to ensure efficient processing of invoices and payments.
Oversee compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Review and approve payment runs and reconciliations.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
Develop and implement process improvements for the accounts payable function.
Prepare and present accounts payable reports to senior management.
Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and documentation.
Support audits by providing necessary records and information.

A successful AP Supervisor should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5 years experience in accounts payable management within the business services industry.
2+ years experience in supervisory
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
