Summary: The AP Specialist will manage online and phone payments of large volumes for freight and parcel carrier invoices daily while ensuring accurate documentation of payments and effective communication with clients and team members.
About the Job
Key Duties:
- Process online and phone payments of large volumes for freight and parcel carrier invoices daily.
- Prepare reports documenting payments made.
- Communicate promptly with clients and team members to resolve any issues.
- Perform special projects and other duties assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of A/P experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with using Excel and Internet applications.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Capability to handle large volumes of invoices daily.
