PUNX is seeking a talented
Animator to join our Studios team. As an Animator, you will play a key role in transforming creative concepts into motion through the use of AI animation platforms and traditional editing tools. You will work closely with our creatives to build dynamic visual narratives for digital content, campaigns, and activations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Animator with a portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling, and visual execution.
- Bachelors degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep interest in emerging technologies and a strong willingness to explore and adapt to AI-driven animation workflows.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing and compositing software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere (or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of animation fundamentals, storytelling techniques, and motion design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first, collaborative approach.
- Bonus: Experience or background in traditional 2D/3D animation or motion graphics is a plus.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life through dynamic animated content.
- Learn, experiment with, and apply AI-assisted animation methods to enhance production speed and creativity.
- Contribute to the development of storyboards, motion studies, and animatics to plan visual narratives.
- Produce high-quality animated assets for digital platforms, branded content, and campaign materials.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in animation technologies, especially AI-powered tools and processes.
- Take initiative in evolving your creative practice by integrating new tools and techniques as they emerge.
- Manage deadlines and deliver consistently polished, on-brand animation output.
