Location: Cybergate 2, Mandaluyong (Hybrid Setup 11 to 12x/month onsite)
Job Summary
As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will leverage modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques, and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset to provide vision and innovation to application development teams. You will work in an Agile environment and contribute to projects of varying scopes and complexities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Participate and contribute actively in team discussions.
- Deliver innovative solutions to work-related challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test Android applications.
- Apply best practices in Android development for scalability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug Android applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Android development.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

Must-Have Skills
- Android Application Development (expert level)
- Java and Kotlin programming

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Android Application Development.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering user-centric, high-performing Android apps.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.

- Work Setup: Hybrid (1112 days/month onsite at Cybergate 2, Mandaluyong)
