Job Description:

As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development process to meet project goals and deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with established timelines and objectives.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Android Application Development.

- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.

- Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages.

- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Android Application Development.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
