About the role
The Analytics Solution Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom business data applications using Microsoft Power Platform to streamline processes and enhance productivity. This role exists to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, ensuring efficiency and innovation across operations.
How you'll contribute
- Design and Develop Power Apps Solutions - Build custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Gather and Analyze Business Requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and Enhance Existing Applications - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for deployed Power Apps solutions.
- Ensure Compliance and Security Standards - Implement data security, governance, and compliance measures in all Power Platform solutions.
- Provide Training and Documentation - Create user guides and conduct training sessions

What we're looking for
- Years of Work Experience: 5 - 10 years
- Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree
- Required course: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar field
- Required Certification/Professional License: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400); PL-900 (Fundamentals) and PL-100 (App Maker) for broader knowledge.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI,
- Dataverse).
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code development and application lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 integration.
- Familiarity with data modeling, relational databases, and connectors.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and governance within Power Platform.
- Ability to design and build custom business applications using Power Apps.
- Experience in workflow automation and process optimization.
- Basic coding skills in JavaScript, C#, or .NET for extending Power Apps functionality.
- API integration and custom connector development.
- Strong capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical
- solutions.
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills for application support and maintenance

- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions).
