Job Description
As an Analytics & Business Intelligence Developer, you design and deliver impactful data solutions that help stakeholders make informed decisions. You transform raw data into meaningful insights by building semantic models, dashboards, and automated reporting systems using Power BI, SQL, and modern data platforms.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3+ years of experience developing reports with Power BI to create clear and impactful visualizations
- Strong expertise in data manipulation, data pipelining, and data preprocessing techniques
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric environment is a plus
- Knowledge of the MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare processes such as distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, or regulatory operations is advantageous
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with international teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business functions
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and contribute to data-driven healthcare innovation

Your Daily Tasks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for automating manual reports in Power BI or optimizing existing dashboards
- Work with stakeholders to develop and refine KPIs and reporting requirements
- Use SQL and Microsoft Fabric to transform raw data into semantic models
- Develop impactful data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Power BI
- Analyze large datasets from systems such as NetSuite ERP, Manhattan WMS, eCommerce platforms, and CRM systems
- Develop control reports and apply AI or machine learning techniques for anomaly detection and data quality monitoring
- Stay updated on emerging data science tools and apply them to business challenges
- Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Data Governance, IT, and external teams to ensure proper data integration and accessibility
- Monitor and manage in-scope ServiceNow support tickets according to SLAs
KPIs
- Deliver analytics and BI development projects within established timelines
- Respond to ServiceNow support tickets within 24 business hours
- Manage ServiceNow support tickets from initiation through closure
- Demonstrate strong alignment with company values and required competencies
