Provides support throughout the order‑to‑billing process by generating quotations, entering order information into systems, and assisting with routine order management activities to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Assists in the end-to-end order-to-billing process by preparing and entering order details, performing basic checks, and supporting billing monitoring activities.
- Provides first-level support for inquiries related to billing, processing credits, cancellations and basic compliance questions.
- Supports relationship-building with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) by delivering consistent and timely service.
- Consistently meets average productivity targets on transactions daily with good accuracy levels and Zero Service cut-offs
- Displays strong process and system knowledge to independently resolve difficult requests and customer concerns
- Performs routine tasks in Salesforce and other internal systems, including updating order records, tracking pending items, and resolving straightforward contract or product setup queries.
- Assists in collecting customer documents such as contracts, order forms, and trial-related requirements.
- Handles simple and complex requests, products, systems and accounts with advanced knowledge of process and systems
- Displays proficiency and knowledge to manage complex requests and build better understanding of business, upstream and downstream processes
- Conducts simple pre-audit checks as part of order and billing validation.
Qualifications And Experience
- Entry-level experience in Order-to-Cash, customer support, or administrative roles preferred.
- Applies general knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements.
- Ability to work in a structured environment, follow defined processes, and learn systems quickly.
- Willing to be assigned in AMERS shift (7PM to 4AM MNL Time)
