We are looking for an Analyst - Talent Acquisition Support to join our energetic and highly collaborative team providing the highest quality of service and experience to our dedicated business lines throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa (also known as EMEA which operates in over 30 countries).
As an
EMEA Analyst - Talent Acquisition Support, you will have strong system skills, along with experience of working on an applicant tracking system (ATS). This position requires a dedicated individual, who has outstanding attention to detail, along with the confidence to deal with internal stakeholders and external candidates in a professional manner.
You will be flexible enough to lend your hand to other talent acquisition initiatives, being enthusiastic with a creative mind, a desire to learn, work collaboratively within the team and provide exceptional candidate experience.
This role and the centralized support team provides a real opportunity to make a difference to the company, to deliver talent acquisition initiatives that will have a great impact on overall service delivery and candidate experience.
- Working as a part of a shared services environment with a real One JLL mentality
- Providing administration support to the Talent Acquisition team across EMEA.
- Act as first line support to employees with Talent Acquisition queries by providing accurate and timely responses.
- Act as a fulfiller on HR Direct to answer any Talent Acquisition related cases that related to offers, internal transfers, policy, process etc.
- Becoming a Workday (Applicant Tracking System or ATS) specialist & champion offering support to Recruiters and Hiring Managers (where applicable) on how to best navigate and utilise the platform to ensure a positive hiring experience for both candidate and Hiring Manager.
- Ensuring compliance in overall hiring process and having a creative mind on areas of improvement.
- Supporting Recruiters in scheduling interviews for both internal & external candidates.
- Creating and distributing of e-offers to the successful candidate, where applicable.
- Responsible in collecting and verifying candidates Right to Work documentation, where applicable.
- Partner with HR Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding for all new starters
- Assisting in other Talent Acquisition initiatives that support the wider EMEA or even global TA strategy.
Desired Skills And Experience For This Job
- Must have a track record in a fast-paced co-ordination / administrative role.
- Must have strong customer service skills ensuring candidates and hiring community receive exceptional service and experience
- Prior experience in working in a shared services environment is desirable.
- Prior experience working in HR or TA administration role is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail working in a fast-paced environment,
- Strong IT & system skills and in interest in developing innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to stakeholders and candidates.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills: You will need a flexible approach; a creative mind; and resilience in the face of challenges to delivery.
- Curiosity and desire for continuous improvement.
- Strong inter-personal skills and an aptitude for getting on with people.
- The personal resilience to manage challenges to delivery of key initiatives.
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Fluent in English (and ideally one other language)
- Flexible on location with a possibility of remote working
