Your Role
The Analyst/Programmer is responsible in conducting system analysis, designs and develops new systems, templates or enhancements on existing application system functionalities using the SDLC guide. The incumbent will be liable for Data Warehouse Specialist, conducts system analysis, leads the design and development, testing of new Data Warehouse Systems, Integration, Cubes and Reporting Services, and also enhancements on existing DW Systems, Integration, Cubes and Report Services using the SDLC or Agile guide. Additionally, for RPA, conduct business process and system analysis, lead the design, development and implementation of RPA processes, perform RPA process maintenance and enhancement for existing RPA using the SDLC or agile guide. Implement final output to address the business requirements of the requesting units and thus contribute to the advancement in terms of service delivery and output quality of various business units
Your Impact
- Investigate and study the business requirements and functional specifications
- Perform feasibility assessment on business processes using RPA Assessment tool as guideline.
- Define and design appropriate solutions to satisfy the specified requirements
- Undertake systematic processes to improve business through the use of computerized information systems
- Defines the architecture, components, modules, interfaces and data for the system to be developed to satisfy specified requirements. Define cost estimates, schedules and technical aspects of the proposal
- Develops the system and conducts unit and integrations testing
- Debugging, correcting and documenting the system / program
- Define test strategies and test plan
- Amend the system in response to the result of the unit and integration testing
- Provide SIT and UAT support
- Evaluate work procedures prior to implementation
- Assist in system documentation & manual preparation to guide the users in operating the system and to promote proper usage
- Provide first level support for the system problems encountered during EOD Run
- Ensure proper maintenance of the various banking and financial systems
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any IT related management course
- With at least 4 5 years work experience in as a Systems Analyst, Analyst Programmer or BI Lead with exposure to banking solutions & applications, or RPA Lead with exposure to banking solutions & applications.
- With extensive experience in programming and system analysis.
- Proficient with IT System Analysis & Design, CASE Tools and Programming
- Knowledge in SDLC, Project Management, ITIL Frameworks
