About the Role
Monitor and adjust inventory to balance stock availability with cost efficiency, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory while avoiding stockouts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to analyze budget performance, track spending against forecasts, and identify areas for financial improvement.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain and operations, and implement initiatives to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality or service.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor operational performance, including inventory turnover, order accuracy, and supplier performance.
- Work closely with production, procurement, finance, and logistics teams to align planning processes and ensure integrated decision-making.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems related to materials planning, inventory, and cost centers to support reliable reporting and decision-making.
- Participate in or lead projects aimed at process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains within supply chain and cost management functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience and exposure in any of the following fields Material Planning, Resource Capacity, or IE-related functions
- Experience working with ERP/MRP/SAP systems
- Punctual, willing to learn, fast learner, with a good working attitude
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs documentation.
- With experience/exposure in analyst-related functions and knowledgeable on ERP/SAP, PBI, SQL, and advanced Excel, will be of advantage
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations management, supply chain management, or any related course
