Job Description :
The role of Human Capital Shared Services Analyst is a case manager that acts as strategic partner and consultant to business leaders, partner teams, and outside legal counsel from start to end of the case. He / She will be part of a team that centrally manages global mobility and immigration filings support the company, and delivers projects to improve cost, quality, compliance to policies and procedures, and improve the human experience.
The role will be a case manager that will not only manage cases for global mobility and immigration but likewise will be assisting in unemployment claims.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Respond to complex global mobility, immigration, and unemployment claims inquiries from employees, candidates, business leaders, and other partner teams regarding specific immigration cases, including but not limited to transfer strategies, application of immigration policies, new or changing processes
- Educate the business on the current global mobility, immigration, and unemployment claims guidelines, processes, and policies
- Drive projects on processes to improve on cost, quality, client value, and human experience
- Assists in integrating business process workflows with technology and systems
- Involved in the establishment, identifying, and implementing efficiencies through technology or process improvement
- Assist in the development and incorporates proper controls and audit process
- Provide support to business and functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
- Develop global mobility, immigration and unemployment claims standard operating procedures
- Gain deep knowledge of the existing country or region-specific expertise
- Understand, collect data and pull reports from different HR tools and maintain data in the system
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook application
- Strong written, oral, communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
- Strong attention to detail, systemic problem solver, sound analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to handle multiple, complex priorities and balance the needs of each according to business impact.
- Empathetic and compassionate to individuals concerns and directs necessary follow-up actions.
- Conveys information in understandable terms at all levels of the organization and through proper
- channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build a strong partnership with internal and external
- clients
- Knowledge with Service Now, Oracle, Kronos, Empower, and ADP is an advantage but not required
- Minimum of 2 years in the same role or capacity
