Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber, proactive Amazon Virtual Assistant to lead key partnerships and drive strategic growth within our eCommerce ecosystem. This is a critical role designed for a professional who thrives on ownership rather than reactive task management. You will be responsible for managing agency relationships, optimizing sales channels, and ensuring flawless operational execution with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate possesses a sophisticated understanding of the Amazon marketplace and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) landscapes, coupled with the analytical rigor required to manage complex retail accounts.

Core Responsibilities

Channel Management & Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our Amazon agency, ensuring all communications are addressed within a 24-hour window.
  • Conduct weekly sales reviews and monitor inventory levels to identify and capture proactive marketing opportunities.
  • Manage retail accounts including Ipsy and Scentbird; this includes monthly outreach for placements, campaign management, and processing purchase orders within 48 hours.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop operations: optimize listings quarterly, enroll in campaigns, pitch live shopping events, and facilitate monthly reviews with TikTok account managers.

Operations & Logistics

  • Track shipments with 24-hour confirmation intervals and perform weekly invoice reviews.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and logistics issues within a strict 48-hour resolution framework.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for all sales accounts to evaluate performance and pivot strategies accordingly.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Synthesize data into comprehensive monthly reports highlighting market trends, growth opportunities, and inventory health.
  • Maintain a proactive mindset to identify potential business risks and opportunities before they are escalated by leadership.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years in eCommerce operations, specifically supporting Amazon or DTC brands.
  • Proven track record in sales account management with retail partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in agency relationship management.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for high-level stakeholder interaction.
  • Technical Literacy: High degree of computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM systems, advanced spreadsheet management, and data entry.
  • Organization: Superior multitasking and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet tight turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and maintaining strong, professional client relationships.
  • Mindset: A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently under a night shift schedule.
