Job Description

Amazon Specialist manages and optimizes a company's Amazon presence to drive sales, improve visibility, and ensure compliance with platform policies. This role involves e-commerce management, marketing and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Store Management

oCreate, optimize, and manage product listings while ensuring policy compliance. Oversee inventory, fulfillment, customer inquiries, reviews, and returns (Operations from start to finish).

oUpload and manage Amazon flat files/listing creator for bulk updates.

Account Health & Compliance Maintain Account Health metrics (ODR, LSR, Policy Violations), resolve account warnings, A-to-Z claims, and performance notifications. Stay updated on Amazon policies, FBA, Brand Registry, and A+ Content. Handle cases, violations, and ensure full compliance.

Advertising & Marketing Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns, optimize ad spend, and develop promotional strategies (coupons, deals, discounts, promotions and brand registry).

SEO & Content Optimization Conduct keyword research, enhance product visibility, and write compelling product descriptions to improve rankings and conversion rates.

Sales & Performance Analysis Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, and KPIs (conversion rates, click-through rates). Adjust strategies to maximize performance and profitability.

Competitor & Market Analysis Monitor competitor strategies, pricing trends, and identify new market opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business administration

2-3 years experience in Amazon account management with expertise in Seller Central, Vendor Central, and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)

Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and Account Health Management

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Deep understanding of e-commerce trends and strategies
