Amazon Project Manager
Remote | Full-Time
We're looking for an Amazon Project Manager to help keep our eCommerce projects running smoothly, our clients happy, and our team organized. You'll work closely with Client Strategists, operations, and creatives to ensure deadlines are met, communication flows seamlessly, and all deliverables are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Communication & Monitoring
- Check Zoho Cliq for team and client updates
- Monitor Zoho Desk tickets to ensure they are assigned promptly and have due dates in place
Task Management in Asana
- Create clear, detailed task descriptions for the team
- Assign tasks to the right team members based on skills and workload
- Monitor overdue tasks and follow up with responsible teammates
- Ensure teammates leave comments when changing due dates
Client Meeting Support
- Join client calls with the Client Strategist to provide support and take detailed notes
- Upload and share call recordings promptly after meetings
- Send reminder emails if clients or team members are running late
- Follow up if a client misses a meeting
Meeting Preparation & Documentation
- Remind the team to complete meeting notes one day before scheduled meetings
- Confirm all necessary files are uploaded and properly organized before client calls
Qualifications
- Experience in Amazon account management or eCommerce project coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with project management and communication tools (Asana, Zoho Desk, Zoho Cliq, Google Workspace)
- Able to work independently and proactively follow up on deadlines
- Comfortable in a client-facing role
