The Role
As an Amazon Support Specialist, you will manage account health activities and ticket resolutions in direct partnership with our Operations Team. You will serve as a technical expert, navigating complex policy guidelines and leveraging data to drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Health Management: Proactively monitor Amazon Seller Central account health, identify root causes of policy violations, and manage documentation to ensure swift resolution.
- Listing Optimization: Create new product listings and complex variation structures strictly adhering to Amazon policy guidelines.
- Strategic Reporting: Pull data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and proprietary systems to build, format, and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations Managers and Directors to provide status updates on tickets and operational hurdles.
- Issue Resolution: Take full ownership of operational issues, utilizing ticketing systems to track and resolve challenges effectively.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- Amazon Expertise: Proven experience operating within Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Analytical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and project management or ticketing systems.
- Experience: Previous experience in supply chain, inventory management, or planning is highly preferred.
- Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
