We're expanding our Amazon Advertising team and looking for an experienced Amazon Media Manager who can drive performance through data-driven retail media strategy and hands-on campaign execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day management of Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Develop and execute media plans, pacing strategies, and optimizations
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver structured insights
- Collaborate closely with client leads, strategy teams, and cross-market partners
- Support testing frameworks, audience strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on Amazon retail media best practices and new platform tools
What We're Looking For
- 13+ years experience in Amazon Advertising, Retail Media, or E-commerce Media
- Proven experience running Sponsored Products, Brands, Display & DSP campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience presenting performance updates and insights to clients
- Familiarity with AMC, retail media attribution, and dashboards is a strong advantage
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Vendor Central, Helium10, Pacvue, Skai
- Performance marketing background (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Experience working across time zones and cross-functional teams
