Job Description

We're expanding our Amazon Advertising team and looking for an experienced Amazon Media Manager who can drive performance through data-driven retail media strategy and hands-on campaign execution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead day-to-day management of Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP
  • Develop and execute media plans, pacing strategies, and optimizations
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver structured insights
  • Collaborate closely with client leads, strategy teams, and cross-market partners
  • Support testing frameworks, audience strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay updated on Amazon retail media best practices and new platform tools
  • What We're Looking For

    • 13+ years experience in Amazon Advertising, Retail Media, or E-commerce Media
    • Proven experience running Sponsored Products, Brands, Display & DSP campaigns
    • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
    • Experience presenting performance updates and insights to clients
    • Familiarity with AMC, retail media attribution, and dashboards is a strong advantage

    Preferred Skills

    • Knowledge of Vendor Central, Helium10, Pacvue, Skai
    • Performance marketing background (Meta, Google, TikTok)
    • Experience working across time zones and cross-functional teams
