We're looking for an Amazon Inventory Specialist: a detail-oriented, organised self-starter who's eager to learn, contribute and grow within a fast-moving e-commerce team.

What's the role

We are looking for an Amazon Inventory Specialist to support our day-to-day operations across inventory management, shipments, listing maintenance and reporting. You'll work closely within the Operations team to keep things running smoothly across multiple Amazon marketplaces.

This is a fast-paced, data-rich environment. The more initiative you show, the faster you'll grow.

Who we're looking for

  • Minimum 12 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central or FBA operations
  • Confident with Excel and comfortable working with data
  • Detail-oriented, organised and reliable
  • Proactive and willing to learn new systems and processes
  • Passionate about e-commerce and continuous improvement

What you'll be doing

  • Managing inventory levels, replenishment and FBA shipments across US, UK & EU markets.
  • Monitoring and maintaining listing health, resolving suppressed or flagged listings.
  • Updating and maintaining trackers, SOPs and operational documentation.
  • Supporting the setup of promotions, deals, vouchers and special events.
  • Pulling reports and assisting with basic analytics to flag issues and opportunities.
  • Keeping operations organised and running on time across multiple marketplaces.

What you'll need

  • Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes and shipment workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Solid Excel skills comfortable with formulas, filters, pivot tables and data entry.
  • Ability to manage your own time, stay organised and follow through without being chased.
  • Clear written communication skills.
