What's the role

We are looking for an Amazon Operations Manager to take ownership of our internal systems and day-to-day Operations. You'll work across inventory management, logistics, listing health and analytics.

This is a fast-paced, data-rich environment. The more you take ownership, the faster you'll grow.

Who we're looking for

3+ years of Amazon Operations & Logistics experience

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Proactive, solution-focused and analytical

Experience with managing team members

Passionate about eCommerce and continuous learning

What you'll be doing

Own end-to-end Amazon operations for US, UK & EU markets including listings, inventory, forecasting and shipments.

Creating and maintaining systems, SOPs, trackers, documentation.

Manage Amazon promotions, deals, vouchers and special events.

Analytics for all products including optimisation strategies and liaising with Design and Ads teams

Moving fast, staying focused and building the operational backbone for brands people love.

What you'll need

Deep proficiency in the Amazon ecosystem (FBA, Seller Central, Inventory, Shipments).

A data-obsessed mindset with advanced Excel skills and a love for spreadsheets.

Experience managing remote teams or third-party logistics providers.

A track record of solving complex operational puzzles with high attention to detail.

Ability to manage your time, stay organised and own your output without being chased.

Bonus points for:

Knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising strategy.

Experience with multi-channel fulfillment beyond Amazon (TikTok Shop, Shopify).

Familiarity with softwares like Helium 10, or Zapier.
