Job Description
Be part of our client's team as an Amazon Creative Designer, producing high-impact digital assets that elevate brand visibility across global marketplaces. You'll design world-class visuals-A+ content, storefront layouts, product imagery, and campaign creatives-that enhance engagement and drive conversion. This role lets you work closely with Brand, Media, and Account teams to bring design excellence to a fast-growing wellness and recovery ecosystem.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of digital design experience; eCommerce/marketplace experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (plus Canva, CapCut, MidJourney)
- Background in designing Amazon storefronts, product detail page assets, A+ and B+ content
- Keen eye for detail, strong visual consistency, and collaborative mindset
- Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
- Adobe Creative Suite certifications are an advantage.
Your Daily Tasks
- Design product imagery, A+ and B+ content, and other marketplace visuals to enhance discoverability, awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Create campaign assets for PPC, paid social, and promotional launches.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Account Managers, and Paid Media Specialists to align creative output with campaign strategies and KPIs.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital storefronts and product lines.
- Audit and update existing creative assets based on performance data, competitor insights, and seasonal priorities.
- Partner with Brand and Product teams on packaging and visual identity projects as needed.
- Utilize testing tools (e.g., PickFu) to evaluate and optimize creative design.
- Research emerging AI platforms to improve creative efficiency and share findings with the team.
- Support the DTC team in achieving $600K in DTC gross sales growth.
- Deliver creative assets on time, aligned with brand standards, and requiring minimal revisions.
- Enhance engagement and conversion rates through continuous creative optimization.
- Keep marketplace storefronts current with fresh, consistent content.
