Oversee over-all daily truck dispatch planning/allocation from sorting centers to regional centers/Direct hubs vice versa.
Ensure optimal truck utilization by planning efficient routes, backloads, and trip assignments.
Monitor fleet availability, performance, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure high delivery compliance and minimize turnaround time.
Address delays, breakdowns, and trucker performance issues swiftly.
Coordinate with the Supply team for Truck supply and issues for smooth operations.
Track daily operational KPIs: on-time dispatch, on-time transit compliance, cost efficiency, and truck attendance.
Lead and guide the Middle Mile Coordinators/Allocators.
Ensure all team members understand operational priorities and execution plans.
Optimize usage of low-cost or controlled trucks to reduce transportation cost. (wetlease and Drylease)
Prepare regular reports on MM performance, Truck utilization and truck issues
Support campaign planning and adjust resources as needed.

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or any Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 24 years of experience in logistics or transportation, preferably in middle mile operations.
At least 3 years of Supervisory-Level Experience in operations or transport management.
Strong familiarity with Philippine geography and areas with truck ban regulations.
Demonstrated people management experience with direct team supervision.
Proven analytical skills and experience in productivity management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/local language.
Ability to lead teams in a results-oriented environment under pressure.
Willingness and ability to work on shifting schedules, night shifts, and weekends, as required.
