Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide fast, comprehensive support to SPX Operations.
  • Monitors and actions the data request inbox throughout the day (bookings, allocations, data queries, requests for assistance etc.)
  • Completes data processing using programs e.g. G-Sheet, Microsoft Excel and other tools to validate and to monitor data provided by the team.
  • Design and build reports / dashboards to analyze and monitor the performance of the partners.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Evaluate and propose appropriate metrics for reports.
  • Design, implement reports/dashboards to analyze and monitor the usage of KPIs by partners and recommend improvements
  • Create reports and visualization tools (dashboards) to facilitate understanding of data.
  • Support performance improvement projects, being involved on the ground.
  • Extract data from systems and report provided.
  • Identifies opportunities to update or improve operational procedures and makes recommendations to the immediate superior or other appropriate staff.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve reporting systems and provide new insights for actionable items.
  • Prepare Data Integrity and SLA and KPI metrics to support business reviews
  • Have a deep understanding of Shopee Express-Philippines running operations.
  • Assists others with workload when required
  • Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years working experience in Data Analytics role or related fields (prefer experience in the logistics industry)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain.
  • Have experience with SQL, MS Excel, and Data Visualization Tool.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work with large data sets with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have experience in Logistics /Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Must be able to work independently and on a team.
  • Must be able to react to situations with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Prepare reports accurately and within given time deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and coordinate several tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
