The Role
We are looking for experienced Online Assistants to support our Travel Account team. Your main role will be to assist customers with their travel needs including bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries using popular GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
You'll communicate with customers via email, chat, or ticketing systems, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage travel bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and itinerary updates
- Use GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) efficiently and accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries via non-voice channels (chat, email, ticketing)
- Ensure documentation and booking details are updated correctly
- Deliver high-quality service that meets both customer and company standards
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
- High School graduate (K-12), college level, or college graduate
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work onsite on a fixed weekday schedule
