The Aircon Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units and refrigeration systems used in the restaurant operations. A key focus is ensuring the efficient operation of walk-in freezers, cold storage, and other HVAC equipment to maintain food safety, product quality, and comfort in the workplace.
- Graduate of a Technical/Vocational Course in Airconditioning and Refrigeration or related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience as Aircon Technician, preferably in a restaurant, food, or commissary setting.
- Strong knowledge of walk-in freezer systems, cold storage, and HVAC equipment.
- Skilled in electrical wiring, refrigeration cycle, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- TESDA NC II/III Certificate in Refrigeration and Airconditioning is an advantage.
- Must be physically fit, reliable, and willing to be assigned in various store/commissary locations as needed.
