About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AirbnbSourcing Associate to support the identification and engagement of critical talent, vendors, or partners. You'll play a key role in helping Airbnb grow and operate efficiently. This role requires strong research, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements.

• Research and identify qualified candidates, vendors, or partners using various sourcing methods and platforms.

• Build and maintain strong talent or supplier pipelines for current and future needs.

• Engage potential candidates/suppliers and present Airbnb's mission and opportunities effectively.

• Maintain accurate and organized data in relevant systems.

• Provide sourcing insights and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

• Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics and performance.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Regional or global market knowledge, especially if sourcing across geographies.
