Netbank is seeking an AI Workflow Specialist to build and deploy AI-driven automation solutions that support banking and fintech operations. This is a hands-on role focused on translating defined use cases into working automation workflows, integrations, and internal tools using no-code/low-code and AI platforms. The role supports digital onboarding, credit processes, compliance workflows, and partner integrations under the guidance of the Head of AI Automation.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow & Automation Build
- Translate business requirements into executable automation workflows in collaboration with banking and operations teams.
- Design and implement solutions using tools such as Onyx, Gumloop, and similar platforms.
- Build AI agents, decision flows, and automated process steps to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support automation for:
- Credit scoring and credit memo processes
- Partner and customer onboarding
- AML, STR, and compliance workflows
- Customer and partner journeys
Integrations & Tooling
- Configure APIs, data pipelines, and third-party integrations using no-code tools.
- Leverage pre-built connectors and API utilities to accelerate integration efforts.
- Build internal dashboards and UI components to support operational teams.
Testing & Deployment
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors during build, testing, and rollout.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and improve performance and reliability.
- Iterate on workflows based on user feedback and operational needs.
Documentation & Support
- Document workflows, process logic, and integration steps clearly.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory, operational, and internal standards.
- Support scaling and replication of workflows across partners and use cases.
