Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Craft high-quality videos for social media platforms, leveraging AI tools and professional editing software to deliver visually striking content.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Use AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Kling) to generate and enhance creative assets, seamlessly integrating AI-generated imagery, animations, and effects into video projects.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative director and account servicing team to translate client briefs into engaging visual stories that align with brand goals and platform requirements.
- Post-Production Mastery: Manage all aspects of video post-production, including editing, color grading and sound design, ensuring professional, polished deliverables.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of social media trends, AI advancements, and video editing techniques to produce fresh, relevant, and audience-focused content.
- Project Management: Juggle multiple projects, delivering assets on time while upholding exceptional creative and technical standards.
- Feedback Integration: Efficiently incorporate client and team feedback, iterating quickly to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Platform Optimization: Tailor content for social media platforms (primarily Instagram), optimizing for format, aspect ratio, and audience engagement.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Experience: 2+ years in video editing, motion graphics, or AI-driven content creation, ideally in a creative agency, marketing, or social media setting. (Junior candidates with strong portfolios may be considered.)
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., After Effects) and AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Kling, Freepik, Seedance, Seedream). You understand how to use AI to enhance, not replace, human creativity.
- Portfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and/or AI-generated content, with a focus on social media or brand-driven projects.
- Creative Vision: A sharp eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and visual design, with the ability to create content that aligns with brand identities and captivates audiences.
