AI & Systems Training Consultant

The AI & Systems Training Consultant is responsible for helping teams adopt and implement AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and efficiency. The role involves analyzing business processes, designing AI-powered solutions, training teams, and creating scalable systems and playbooks. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, content, design, and research to integrate AI and automation into daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience using AI and LLM tools (prompt engineering, workflow automation, and tool chaining)
• Strong skills in process redesign and workflow optimization
• Experience in AI training, coaching, and team enablement
• Ability to document workflows and create playbooks or SOPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI use
• Quick learner with strong execution and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build scalable and repeatable systems, not just one-time solutions.
