AI & Systems Training Consultant
Role Overview
The AI & Systems Training Consultant helps organizations improve productivity by integrating AI tools into daily workflows. This role involves mapping existing processes, redesigning them with AI assistance, and training teams to adopt new systems effectively. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on AI practitioner and a strong communicator who can enable teams to work faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and map existing workflows and operational processes across teams.
- Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes using AI-assisted solutions and automation.
- Implement practical applications of AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to improve productivity.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enable teams to adopt AI tools.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and prompt libraries for repeatable AI usage.
- Build scalable frameworks so teams can independently apply AI in their workflows.
- Prototype and test AI-enabled solutions, iterating quickly based on feedback.
- Support teams in improving speed, consistency, and quality of outputs through AI systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms.
- Strong process mapping and workflow redesign capabilities.
- Experience building automation or AI-assisted workflows.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical use cases for teams.
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement programs.
- Strong documentation skills for creating playbooks, SOPs, and reusable frameworks.
Preferred Background
- Experience implementing AI productivity tools within organizations.
- Background in operations, consulting, process improvement, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to prototype and iterate solutions quickly.
