Compensation:

• Monthly Stipend: 70,000 90,000 (Performance-based progression)
• Ownership: Stock Options (Available after 12 months)

What You Will Do:

• Break down complex business problems into structured logic.
• Design solution architectures (data flows, decision logic).
• Govern AI tools to implement production-level systems.
• Validate AI output for scalability, security, and correctness.
