This role is for builders.

You probably:

Experiment with AI tools & IDEs (cursor/claude code/codex etc) constantly

Build side projects without being told

Ship things quickly and improve them

Take ownership and solve problems independently

Have a great attitude and are highly coachable

We care far more about velocity and mindset than pedigree.

Technical Environment

You should be comfortable and experienced building with AI-assisted development tools / IDEs / Coding Terminals, such as:

Cursor

Codex

Claud Code

(and to a lesser extent, but also helpful)

Replit

v0

Lovable

or similar AI-native development environments

Helpful experience:

Deploying apps (Vercel, Supabase, Firebase, etc.)

Building small SaaS tools or internal products

Creating automation or agent-style workflows

You do not need 10 years of experience.

You do need to build.

What You'll Do

Rapidly prototype using AI-assisted development tools

Help build production AI systems for U.S. companies

Work directly with founders and senior engineers

Ship continuously and improve systems weekly

This is not a slow corporate role. Growth will be fast and performance-based.
