Role: AI Revenue Automation Specialist / GTM Automation Architect

Mission

Own and build our entire outbound engine from the ground up. Your mission is to design, implement, and continuously optimize a fully automated lead generation and revenue system using AI, enrichment platforms, CRM automation, and multi-channel outreach with one clear goal: maximize qualified meetings while minimizing cost per acquisition.

This is a fully remote role.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and build end-to-end outbound systems (LinkedIn + Email + AI-powered personalization)
  • Design scalable prospecting machines using AI tools, scraping tools, and enrichment platforms
  • Create and manage advanced enrichment workflows (Apollo, Clay, Clearbit, etc.)
  • Build AI-driven personalization frameworks that feel human at scale
  • Automate and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive)
  • Implement multi-channel sequencing (email, LinkedIn, call triggers, retargeting logic)
  • Connect tools and systems using Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
  • Run structured experimentation to improve reply rates and meeting booking rates
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to track performance across the funnel
  • Continuously optimize cost per meeting and outbound ROI

Who You Are

  • Systems thinker who sees outbound as an engineering problem, not just a sales task
  • Obsessed with automation, efficiency, and performance metrics
  • Analytical and data-driven in your decision making
  • Comfortable testing, breaking, rebuilding, and iterating fast
  • Fluent in English and able to operate in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

Required Skills

Deep hands-on knowledge of:

  • Clay
  • Apollo
  • Lemlist / Instantly / Smartlead
  • Zapier / Make
  • CRM automation (HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive)

You also have:

  • Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks
  • Experience building AI personalization workflows
  • Experience with scraping tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data

Massive Plus

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound at scale
  • Experience working with US companies
  • Basic coding knowledge (Python / JavaScript)
  • Experience building or deploying no-code AI agents
