Job Description

• Lead large-scale enterprise technology and digital transformation programmes.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage vendor engagements, programme governance, and delivery timelines.
• Support strategic AI, automation, and technology platform initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices, sprint execution, and programme reporting.
• Identify programme risks, dependencies, and resolution strategies.
• Provide executive-level stakeholder communications and status updates.
• Support organisational change management and user adoption efforts.
• Establish performance metrics and measure programme success outcomes.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of programme or project management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Experience working with vendors and globally distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project governance frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
• Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
• Experience in AI, automation, cloud, analytics, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or related technologies is beneficial but not essential.
• PMP certification or equivalent credentials would be advantageous.
