Job Description

The AI Program Manager supports a financial institution client account by running the portfolio governance system of record for practical AI initiatives—from idea/prototype through controlled operational delivery. You will standardize and manage intake, prioritization support, lifecycle gating, approvals tracking, dependency management, and benefits reporting across the APAC AI portfolio.

This role is based in India or the Philippines, aligned to APAC working hours with occasional overlap with global stakeholders. You will report to the Regional Business Governance & Compliance Director and partner closely with client sponsors and JLL Operations, Product/Technology, Risk, Security, Data, and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Portfolio governance & cadence: Run weekly/biweekly/monthly governance forums; publish agendas, minutes, actions, RAID, and decision logs; maintain an auditable record.
  • Intake & prioritization support: Administer standardized intake; validate completeness (sponsor/owners, baseline/target, measurement plan, data/security considerations); coordinate triage and decision materials; record outcomes (accelerate/shape/defer).
  • Lifecycle gating & evidence packs: Track initiatives through Discover → Design → Build → Validate → Deploy → Run & Optimize; ensure gate evidence is compiled (approvals, test/UAT outputs, architecture/security outcomes, runbooks, monitoring readiness).
  • Dependencies, access & approvals: Maintain dependency and approvals trackers; coordinate access requests and recertification reminders where needed; escalate aged blockers.
  • Benefits & reporting: Maintain baseline/target/actuals and variance narratives; produce steering packs and dashboards (FM-oriented KPIs such as cycle time reduction, incident/rework reduction, manual effort avoided, adoption proxies).

Required Qualifications

  • 6–10 years in program management, PMO, portfolio governance, or operations transformation; tech-enabled change experience preferred.
  • Strong program operations skills (RAID, action/decision tracking, stakeholder follow-up, facilitation support).
  • Practical AI delivery fluency (data sensitivity, validation/testing, deployment/monitoring, human oversight) and ability to partner effectively with Product/Tech, Risk, Security, and Data teams.
  • Strong written communication, attention to detail, and comfort maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common work management tools (e.g., Jira or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Facilities Management / workplace services exposure (service desk, maintenance, vendors, assets, compliance).
  • Stage-gated delivery and benefits realization reporting experience in matrixed/global environments.
